Free Exchanges: If the style isn’t quite right or you want to swap your item for a different model, we will handle the exchange for you completely free of charge.
Easy Refunds: Items purchased at the original retail price can be returned for a full refund with zero return fees.
Clearance Items: Sale and clearance pieces can still be returned, though please note these are returned at your own expense.
Our Smooth 3-Step Process:
Reach Out: Simply email us at info@lawrence-living.com. Our team will guide you through the next steps and help coordinate the logistics for your exchange or return.
Pack with Care: Because these are premium items, please handle them with care. To receive a full refund, items must be returned with all original accessories and—where reasonably possible—in their original condition and packaging.
Fast Reimbursement: Once your item is safely received back in good condition, we will process your full refund within 30 days of your initial request.
Please Note: To help us keep this process easy for everyone, ensure your item is securely packaged for its journey back to us. If an item or its packaging arrives damaged beyond what is reasonable, we may have to pass a depreciation fee on to you.
